Eva Valadez

Eva Valadez, 89 of Lampasas, TX died Monday November 16, 2015 at Rollins-Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas. Eva was born February 25, 1926 in Lometa, TX the daughter of Casimiro Alvarado and Julia (Deleon) Alvarado. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where she was part of the Guadalupanas. She married Maximo Valadez and had been a lifelong resident of Lampasas. Survivors include husband, Maximo Valadez of Lampasas 3 sons; Ruben Valadez and wife Lupe of Lampasas Arthur Valadez and wife Rosa of Mexico Miguel Valadez and wife Belia of Edcouch, TX 5 daughters; Rose Harvey of Waco Christina Royal and husband Donnie of Harker Heights Mercy Billings of Stockton, CA Anna Morales of Harker Heights Margie Rubio and husband Dan of Woodland, CA Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren also survive. Eva was preceded in death by a daughter, Jesusita and by 3 sons; David, Serapio and Oscar. Rosary will be recited Friday, November 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements
