Willa Forehand

Willa Faye Forehand, age 97 of Lometa, TX died Saturday October 3, 2015 at Brister Care Home. Willa was born February 19, 1918 in Damon, TX the daughter of Monta Arlington O’Banon and Mary Elizabeth (Collier) O’Banon. She married Alvie Welch Forehand, and he preceded her in death. Willa was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had lived in Lometa all of her life. Survivors are sons, James Forehand and wife Bobbie of Burton Les Forehand and wife Diane of Sanford, FL Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren Willa was preceded in death by her husband, her son Arvil Forehand, daughter Dorothy Smith, sister Monte Henry, and her brothers, Karcher and Vernon O’Banon. Visitation for Mrs. Forehand will be held Wednesday October 7, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be Thursday October 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Senterfitt Cemetery in Lometa. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements
