Lanita Adames

Lanita Sueann Adames, age 23 of Lampasas, Texas died Saturday April 18, 2015 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Lanita was born January 15, 1992 in Killeen, the daughter of Ricardo Adames and Sulema Gonzalez. Lanita worked at the local Schlotzsky’s. She was raised in the Catholic church, and had lived in Lampasas all of her life. Survivors include her daughter, Zyla Smedley of Copperas Cove Father, Ricardo Adames of McAllen Mother, Sulema Martinez and husband Manuel of Lampasas Brothers, Richard Lee Adames of Lampasas Ricardo Adames of San Antonio Sisters, Divina Adames of Colorado Amie Knight and husband Wayne of Copperas Cove Nieces, Aston Doyle, Hazel Ayers, and Anja Knight And numerous other relatives Visitation for Lanita Adames will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Lanita’s body will be cremated following the service.
