Manuel Marez

Manuel Lopez Marez, age 63 of Lampasas, Texas died Monday April 13, 2015 at Spring Oaks Nursing and Rehab. Manuel was born July 1, 1951 in Lampasas, the son of Trinidad Marez and Mary Esther (Lopez) Marez. He worked in the oil field as a young man and later drove a truck for several local businesses. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and a lifetime resident of Lampasas. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Rendon Marez Sons, Mark Marez and wife Mystica of Lockhart M.J. Marez and wife Carrie of Buda Brothers, Philip Marez Ralph Marez Sr. Alex Marez Rick Marez Sisters, Anna Belle Salazar Eloisa Robles Sylvia Morua Josie Garza Vera Garza Grandchildren, Caleb Elias Marez, Cade Benny Marez, and Chloe Estelle Marez Manuel was preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Marez, Tommy Marez, and William Navarette, and by his grandson, Coben Trinidad Marez Rosary for Manuel Marez will be recited Friday, April 17, 2015 at Sneed Funeral Chapel at 7 p.m. Funeral services for will be Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery
