Lola Lyssy

Lola B. Lyssy, age 80 of Lampasas, TX died Monday February 2, 2015 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. Lola was born October 5, 1934 in Fletcher, OK the daughter of Oscar Wallace and Lena (Price) Wallace. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lampasas. Survivors are husband, Lucian Lyssy Sr. of Lampasas Daughter, Laverne Dach and husband Kevin of Belton 5 sons; Lucian Lyssy Jr. of Lampasas Danny Lyssy of San Antonio James Jackson of Madisonville Billy Jackson of Trinity Jerry Jackson of Azle Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. Lola was preceded in death by her siblings; Faye, Opal, Margie, Shorty, Arlie, Harlie, Robert, Scotty, Margaret, Tom and Bernie. Rosary will be recited Thursday February 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Friday February 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
