Kay Owens

Kay Owens, age 68 of Granbury, TX died Thursday December 25, 2014 at Lake Granbury Medical Center. Kay was born April 28, 1946 in Lampasas, TX the daughter of Arneil Tomlinson and Irene (January). Kay graduated from Lampasas High School in 1964 and attended Jackson Business College. She worked in the insurance industry as a policy specialist. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lampasas. Kay had recently moved to Granbury to help with grandchildren. Survivors 2 daughters; Blaine Oestreich of Granbury Renee Cummings and husband Jody of Lampasas 5 grandchildren; Radley, Bayley, Dallas, Jordan and Mykenzie 2 aunts, Connie Havins and Jeneau Carroll Uncle, Ronnie January Numerous cousins also survive Kay was preceded in death by her parents and by 2 uncles, E.J. and Lavon January. Visitation will be Saturday December 27, 2014 from 6-7 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Sunday December 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Groves Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the ASPCA.
