Osborn Dale Faught

Osborn Dale Faught, age 88 of Nix, TX died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at Spring Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lampasas. Dale was born April 24, 1926 in Nix, TX. His mother was Dovie Emeline Faught. After finishing school here, he joined the U.S. Navy and served during Worl War II in the South Pacific Theatre. He lived in Houston for about 12 years after his military service and then moved to Lampasas. He had been a resident of Lampasas county for about 60 years. He was a water well driller and owner of Faught Well Drilling Service since 1970. Survivors include his son, Jerry Faught and wife Judy of Lampasas Daughter, Patricia Owens and husband Bruce of Nix Grandchildren; Michael Sean Owens, Jeffrey Mark Owens and wife Kristy D’Ann Faught, Matthew Faught, Sherry Pollard and Anthony Wayne Faught And numerous great-grandchildren Dale was preceded in death by his son, Dale Faught Jr., his wife Zuella Joyce Faught and by his mother Dovie Emeline Faught.
