Dusty Lee Broom

Dusty Lee Broom, age 31 of Kempner, TX died August 14, 2014 in Austin, TX. Dusty was born January 5, 1983 in Apple Valley, CA the son of David W. Broom and Lori S. (Dudley) Broom. He graduated form Lampasas High School and earned an Associates Degree from Central Texas College and a mechanic certificate from MMI. He was a photographer, working in the Austin area pursuing further experience and education toward that endeavor. He loved photography, motorcycles and being a member of his Jeep club. Survivors include his parents, David and Lori Broom of Kempner Brother, Jonathan Broom of Kempner Nephew, Ayden Broom Maternal grandmother, Amy Dudley of Apple Valley, CA Several aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends. Visitation for Mr. Broom will be on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Friday August 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at 5 Hills Cowboy Church in Kempner. Memorials can be made to the 5 Hills Cowboy Church in Kempner or any disabled children’s organization.
