Hal Curtis Bozarth, 73 of Lampasas, TX died Sunday June 22, 2014 at his home. Hal was born March 25, 1941 in Lampasas the son of Curtis Franklin Bozarth and Frances (Williams) Bozarth. He grew up in Lampasas and graduated from Lampasas High School and went to receive an undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and a graduate degree from Texas A&M Commerce. Hal was a teacher and coach for 33 years, having taught in Burnet, Wilmer Hutchins, and Central Jr. High in Hurst Euless Bedford. He married Dana Dayle Tubb in 1974 in Santa Fe, NM. Dana preceded him in death.

Hal was preceded in death by his wife and by his parents.
Visitation will be Thursday June 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 26, 2014 at Sneed Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jesse Thornton officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
