Curtis L. Taylor

Mr. Curtis Lamar Taylor, age 82 of Lampasas, TX died Sunday march 16, 2014 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple. Curtis was born January 31, 1932 in Lampasas, TX the son of Fred Lamar Taylor and Gertrude (McLean) Taylor. He married Vivian L. Weaver. Curtis worked for Perkins Wool and Mohair and later for Herrmann Feed and Supply for many years. He later worked at the A.S.C.S. office. He was a member of the Baptist Church.   Survivors include his wife, Vivian L. Taylor of Lampasas 3 sons; Kenneth Taylor of Lampasas Robert Taylor of Oklahoma Wendell Taylor of Lampasas Sisters; Sharon Bryant of Houston Ernestine Hargis of Austin 6 grandchildren; Charr-Lea L. Taylor, Griffin L. Taylor, Monica Taylor, Robert Taylor Jr., Jerome Whyte and Twaymeka Whyte. 3 great-grandchildren; Kiara, Ke’Von and K.J. Stephens   Curtis was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Charlotte Sparks and Margie Bridges.   Funeral services for Curtis Taylor will be held Saturday March 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
