Julian Dimas

Mr. Julian Dimas, age 90 of Lampasas, TX died Saturday March 15, 2014 at his home. Julian was born September 3, 1923. He lived most of his life in Lampasas. He married Juanita Maldonado and she preceded him in death in 2007. Julian was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.   Survivors include 3 sons; Steve Dimas of Lampasas Ruben Dimas of Chicago, IL Orlando Dimas of Frisco, TX 5 daughters; Patsy McIntosh of Las Vegas, NV Mary Martinez of Stephenville, TX JoAnn Cagle of Lampasas Emily Alvarez of FL Jackie Line of Waxahachie, TX Brother, Lupe Dimas of Lampasas 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren     Julian was preceded in death by 2 sons; Ed Dimas and Julian Jr. and by daughter, Linda Resa and by granddaughter, Michelle Martinez.   Rosary will be recited Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be conducted Thursday March 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at ST. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
