Carol Jean Kusy

Carol Jean Kusy, age 50 of Lampasas, TX died Saturday February 1, 2014 at her home. Carol was born November 20, 1963 in Lampasas, TX the daughter of Jack R. King and Rosie (Ford) King. Carol graduated from Lampasas High School in 1982 and was a life-long resident. She married Douglas R. Kusy. Carol worked for Rollins-Brook Community Hospital in food service. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She loved playing board games such as Chinese checkers and Monopoly. Survivors include husband, Douglas R. Kusy of Lampasas Son, Jason Kusy of Lampasas Daughter, Jennifer Kusy of Lampasas 2 brothers; Dean King (twin) of Richland Springs Frank King of Lampasas 4 nephews, 2 nieces, 1 great-nephew and 2 great- nieces Carol was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister, Judy Atkins. Visitation will be Tuesday Feb 4, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held Wednesday Feb 6, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lampasas, TX. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
