Gary Simmerman

Gary Simmerman, age 55 of Evant, TX died Monday November 4, 2013 at Hamilton Hospital. Gary was born July 2, 1958 in Anna, IL the son of Frank Simmerman and Jane (McMillian) Simmerman. He married Tyril (Reeves) on December 10, 1983. Gary was an accomplished auto technician. He loved racing cars and repairing cars and riding motorcycles. He had lived in the area about 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Tyril Simmerman of Evant Sons: Gary Simmerman Jr. of Evant Chris Simmerman of Arlington Brother, Frank Simmerman of SC Mother, Jane Peak of SC 5 grandchildren; Camden and Caine Simmerman, Taylor and Meagan Doyle, Kelcie McDonald Gary was preceded in death by his father Frank by daughter, Cindy and by brother, Terry Visitation for Gary Simmerman will be on Tuesday November 5, 2013 from 6:00p.m. -8:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held Wednesday November 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Evant, TX; burial will follow at Langford Cove Cemetery in Evant.
