Lucia Ybarra

Lucia Ybarra, age 81 of Lampasas, TX died Wednesday August 28, 2013 at Seton Hospital in Harker Heights, Texas. Lucia was born December 15, 1931 in Koscusko, TX the daughter of Felipe Valles Sr. and Margarita (Hernandez) Valles. She was a member of the Guadalupanas, Eucharistic Ministries, and Cursillista. Lucia had been a resident of Lampasas since she was 9 years old and member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Survivors include: her son; Tony Ybarra Jr. of Lampasas Daughters; Lupe Valadez of Lampasas Tensia Ramirez of Lampasas Rose Mary Jasso of Dallas Frances Magley of Armarillo Brothers; Juan Valles of Lampasas Felipe Valles Jr. of Lampasas 23 grandchildren And numerous great and great-great grandchildren Lucia was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, 3 sons, 1 grandson, and 1 great grandson. Rosary for Mrs. Ybarra will be held on Friday August 30, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be on Saturday August 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
