Marion "Thurmolene" Campbell

Marion Lois “Thurmolene “ Campbell, age 80 of Lometa, TX died Monday August 5, 2013 at her son’s home in Burnet, TX. Thurmolene was born May 30, 1933 in Lometa, TX the daughter of John Thurman Clark and Lois Josephine (Smith) Clark. She married Earl Henry Campbell July 19, 1952 and he preceded her in death. Thurmolene worked for Lometa ISD for many years as a bus driver and in the lunchroom. She belonged to the Church of The Hills in Lometa. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, painting, watching grandkids do things, and she loved God and reading His word. She wrote a poem for each cherished person in her life. Survivors include: son, Earl Thurman Campbell and his wife Laurie and their children; Kirstie, Korey and Kendra Daughter, Amy Darlene Morrison and husband Billy and their children; Trent, Brock, Bradley, Trace and Brent Daughter, Marion Thurmolene Jennings and husband Bud Grandchildren; Karyn Green and Mike and their children; Ashley, Zane and Abby Tracy Brewer and Bo and children; Quint, Quade, Jaxon and Jacy Mike Stone Thurmolene was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one child and some siblings. A graveside service will be held on Thursday August 8, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Senterfitt Cemetery in Lometa. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
