Delmer Hurst

Delmer Lee Hurst, age 79 of Lampasas, TX died June 6, 2013 at Wind Crest Nursing Home in Copperas Cove. Delmer was born April 14, 1934 in Gorman, TX the son of George P. Hurst and Lois (Wolfe) Hurst. He served in both the United States Army and the United States Air Force. Delmer was a jack of all trades, having skills in carpentry, mechanics, and custom farming. Survivors include daughters: Leann Hurst and Roger Havins of Lampasas Evelyn Stephen of Lampasas Brothers: Vernon Hurst and wife Marie of Moline, TX Jr. Hurst of Moline, TX Grandchildren: Aaron Spencer, Megan Stephen, and Bailey Montgomery Great-grandson: Logan Spencer Delmer was preceded in death by his son, Bobby, and his brother, Naman.
