Rosa Lee Coley

Rosa Lee Coley, age 84 of Woodway, TX died Friday May 10, 2013 at Providence Hospital in Waco. Rosa was born December 19, 1928 in Bend, TX the daughter of Harvey Stinnett and Jessie (Bailey) Stinnett. Rosa went to school in Bend and Nix, and graduated from Lampasas High School in 1947. She worked as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed stamp collecting, crocheting, fishing, and word puzzles. Survivors include sons, Larry Coley of Riesel, TX Glen Coley of Woodway Daughters, Janie Edwards of Waco Diana Akerman of Shawnee, OK Brother, Jimmy Stinnett Sisters, Gladys Hill of Lampasas Myrtle Brown of Lampasas Gayle Chambers of Lampasas Grandchildren, Zachary Rossiter and Christopher Coley And numerous nieces and nephews Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Coley, and her grandson, Gregory Rossiter. Funeral services for Mrs. Coley will be held on Saturday May 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Friday May 17, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Naruna Cemetery.
