Karen Walters

Karen (Roberts-Haley) Walters passed away January 29, 2013 at the North Cypress Medical Center in Cypress, Texas outside Houston. Karen graduated from Abilene Cooper High School in 1976, and attended American Commercial College. She is survived by her husband, William Walters Jr. of Magnolia, Texas; Her daughter, Cynthia and husband Scott Branson of Rockaway Beach, MO; son, Dennis Haley of Magnolia, Texas; father, Henry Roberts of Abilene, Texas; sister, Sherry and husband Tom Maloney of Abilene, Texas; brother, Steven Roberts of Abilene, Texas; and six grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Karen was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Roberts. A private memorial service will be held for the family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to their local ASPCA. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
