Bonnie Jeanne Johnson

Bonnie Jeanne Johnson, age 81 of Lampasas, TX died Sunday January 13, 2013 at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. Bonnie was born January 2, 1932 in Cassville, MO the daughter of Carl Garner and Jessie (Baker) Garner. She and her family moved to Lampasas in 1973. She had worked for L.I.S.D. and Country Kitchen Bakery. Bonnie was an artist who loved painting and cake decorating. Survivors include 8 children; Glenn Johnson (Mary) of Lampasas Gary Johnson (Lourdes) of Homestead, Fla Ken Johnson (Jeanne) of Coppell, TX Mae Delgado of Lampasas Karen Johnson of Lampasas Shirley Mitchell (Doug Kahlstrom) of Lampasas Carrie Johnson (Frank Irons) of Belton Carl Johnson (Dana) of Lampasas 19 grandchildren 26 great-grandchildren Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald F. Johnson, 2 grandchildren and 2 brothers and one sister. Graveside funeral services for Bonnie J. Johnson will be held on Wednesday January 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Kempner Cemetery in Kempner, Texas. Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9-11 a.m. Memorials may be made to the War Memorial at Kempner Park.
