David Scott

David Ray “Scotty” Scott, age 69 of Lampasas, Texas died January 1, 2013 at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. He was born October 30, 1943 in Lampasas, Texas, the son of Monte Ray Scott and Blanche Marie (Pierce) Scott. David was the owner of Scotty’s Driveshaft and Machine for 25 years, and managed the propane side of Boone’s RV Park for the last 8 years. He was a resident of Lampasas most of his life. David was a Christian. Survivors include wife, Barbara Scott of Lampasas Son, Kyle Rutledge Daughters; Christina Shuffield and husband Craig Deandra Koger and husband Brian Brother in law; Robert “Cootie” Millsap Sisters; Rhoda LaFay Scott Baker of Round Rock Lois Ann Scott Weaner of Houston Grandchildren; Lauren, Cole, and Reed Shuffield Kylee Rutledge, Saige and Alexa Koger David was preceded in death by his son Lee Grant Rutledge, his sister June Marie Scott Millsap, and his brother Leo Wayne Scott. Graveside funeral services for David Scott will be held on Saturday January 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Naruna Cemetery.
