Don Hill

Don L. Hill, 76, of Lampasas, Texas, passed away November 30, 2012 at Arbor House in Temple, Texas. Don was born May 21, 1936 in Copperas Cove, Texas the son of Luther A. Hill and Dovie (Mears) Hill. Don was a nurseryman, who owned and operated Hickory Hill Nursery with wife Paula. He also ran a service station in Austin for many years. He was a resident of Lampasas since 1989. Survivors include: Wife, Paula Hill of Lampasas Daughter; Bethany Correa and husband Rolly of Salado Granddaughter, Annie Johnston and husband Brady Grandsons; Dustin Correa and Tyler Correa Brothers; Bert Hill and wife Laura of Dallas Billy Hill of Dallas Sister, Judy Hill of Austin Step-sons; Aaron Altom and wife Sarah and their daughter Lauren Kenneth Altom and wife Cindy and their son Cole Don was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Hill. A memorial service for Mr. Hill will be held at Salado Methodist Church Wednesday December 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be sent to Lampasas Animal Shelter 301 College St Lampasas, TX 76550 Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements
