John Flores

John L. Flores, age 59 of Copperas Cove, TX died Saturday August 18, 2012 at his home. John was born September 24, 1952 in Taylor, Texas, the son of Moses Flores and Carol Moreno. John was a draftsman. He worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron, and later for Mustang in Houston. He belonged to the Copperas Cove Police Academy, where he worked as a treasurer. John did tax services for AARP for ten years, and he was the director for 16 counties. He was a member of the Conservative Party and Past President. He was also a dedicated volunteer. Survivors include: Mother; Carol Nunez and husband David Nunez Jr. of Copperas Cove Brother; Hector M. Flores of Copperas Cove Sisters; Gloria Flores Emami of San Diego, California Michelle Fajardo of Orlando, Florida Carol Nunez of Columbia, South Carolina 10 nieces and nephews 1 great niece John was preceded in death by his father, and by his grandparents. Rosary will be recited Tuesday August 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday August 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove.
